If you receive an order and want to return it, please email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).  We will provide an RMA and the address to which the merchandise should be returned (certain items ship from different warehouses).

 

Write your Order ID number on the outside of the box so we can trace it back to you. Once we receive the return, we will credit your account and notify you by email that a return has been received.

 

Remember to contact us first in the case of broken or defective items. Most of our shipments are insured, and may not require a return if the item is broken or defective. However, in the event that an item does need to be returned we may require a photo of the damage, or we may send prepaid return shipping label.  Please read below for our policies on different types of returns.

Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.


Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 30 days. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items. Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns.   The 20% restocking fee will automatically apply and shipping charges will not be refunded, plus the return shipping charges will be deducted from the credit you receive.

 

Merchandise must be returned in it's original inner packing and must be in resaleable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirements.  There are no returns on catalogs or imprinted items.

 

Please contact Customer Service at 888.286.2718 Ext 5 for return authorization before returning merchandise.

 

If delivery of an item is refused, or the wrong address is given at the time the order is placed and the order cannot delivered, the 20% restocking fee will automatically apply and shipping charges will not be refunded, plus the return shipping charges will be deducted from the credit you receive. You can verify you have a correct address for your customer by checking it on the US Postal Service address verification webpage.

Return Policy for broken or defective items

If you receive a broken or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Do not return merchandise without contacting us first.

 

If the broken or defective item is over $25.00, please email us a picture of the damage and we may be able to ship a replacement without requiring a return. Otherwise, we will have to mail pre-paid return shipping labels and wait for the item to be returned to us before we can issue a refund or exchange.
